James Anderson enters his first year as an assistant coach for the 2026-27 season. A 2025 NCAA Division II All-American and two-time NCAA National Qualifier, Pittsburgh native Anderson graduated from Ouachita Baptist University after earning 2x NWCA Academic All-American and First Team All-Conference honors. He entered the 2026 season as the No. 1-ranked NCAA Division II wrestler at 133 lbs.

Coach Anderson brings high-level competitive experience and a strong academic background, and we’re excited for the impact he’ll make our lower weights.
