Rich Eslich enters the second year of his second stint on theMount Union coaching staff.  Rich was instrumental in helpingCoach Hawald build the program in his first two seasons. 

As a competitor, Eslich was a two-time Ohio Athletic ConferenceChampion and two-time All-American at John CarrollUniversity.  He was the NCAA Division III National Champion at275 lbs in 1999.

He graduated from John Carroll with a degree in English andcurrently resides in North Canton.
