(ADA, Ohio)--Mount Union College saw its three-game Ohio
Athletic Conference win streak come to an end with a 3-0 loss
(25-23, 25-12, 25-20) at No. 10 in the nation Ohio Northern
University in Ada.
Mount Union falls to 17-7 overall and 3-2 in the OAC while Ohio
Northern wins its 10th consecutive match and moves its record to
17-4 overall and 3-0 in the OAC.
The Purple Raiders got 11 kills from senior Sarah Parker
(Geneva/Geneva), 30 assists from freshman Julie Radigan (Olmsted
Falls/Olmsted Falls) and 11 digs from sophomore Sarah Dean
(Cuyahoga Falls/Walsh Jesuit).
Mount Union next travels to Marietta College for an OAC match next
Tuesday (Oct. 14) at 7 p.m. in Marietta.
