Ohio Northern scored their lone goal in the 54th minute when senior Dan Schade fired a shot into the far post past freshman goal keeper Jon Critell (Youngstown/Cardinal Mooney).  Critell also recorded three saves for the Raiders.

Sophomore T.J. Welch (Columbia Station/Columbia) had Mount Union's best chance to score as his shot fell into the arms of Ohio Northern goal keeper Mac Church.

Mount Union was out-shot by Ohio Northern 21-9.

Ohio Northern improved to 9-3-1 (3-0-0 OAC) on the season.

Mount Union will continue OAC action Wednesday October 14 as they host Otterbein at 4 pm in Mount Union Stadium.
