A defensive struggle was broke open when Andy Weidner sent a
cross into the box that Carlin Vandendriessche finished to send B-W
to its sixth win in a row (6-5 overall) and 1-0 in the OAC.
Mount Union sees a four-game win streak end and is now 7-4
overall and 0-1 in the OAC.
The Raiders best scoring chances both came from Joey Merlo
(Niles/Cardinal Mooney) as he knocked one off the post from 25
yards out in the 64th minute and another in the game's final
seconds.
Russ Mika had three saves to earn the shut out for
Baldwin-Wallace.
