TIFFIN, Ohio -- The University of Mount Union volleyball team suffered a tough Ohio Athletic Conference loss at Heidelberg University on Friday, dropping a five-set match to the Student Prince, 22-25, 25-17, 25-23, 20-25, 15-13.

Monica Hupertz (Willoughby Hills/Beaumont) had 17 kills for the Purple Raiders while Roni Schroeder (Shelby/Shelby) contributed 14 kills.

Julie Radigan (Olmsted Falls/Olmsted Falls) added 42 assists and Sarah Dean (Strongsville/Walsh Jesuit) made 36 digs for Mount Union.

Marian Bevington led a quartet of Heidelberg attackers in double-digits. She finished with 18 kills for the Princesses (24-3, 6-0).

The Raiders (16-7, 3-2) return to action on Saturday with two non-conference matches. They will take on both Mount Saint Joseph and Fredonia State (N.Y.) in Cincinnati.
