WILMINGTON, Ohio -- Ben Hodkinson (Tippecanoe/Harrison Central) hit a three-pointer with two seconds to play to send Mount Union to a 75-73 Ohio Athletic Conference victory Saturday at Wilmington.

Dave Pellerite (Olmsted Falls/Olmsted Falls) had a season-best 22 points, Jimmy Wood (Wintersville/Indian Creek) and Matt Wier (New Castle, Pa./Mohawk) had 11 points to lead the Purple Raiders, who evened their OAC record at 2-2 (3-6 overall).

The back and forth game featured 15 lead changes and 11 ties.

Tyler White, the OAC's leading scorer, had a game-high 23 points to lead three players in double figures for Wilmington (3-5, 0-4 OAC).

Mount Union opens the home portion of the 2010-11 schedule Monday at 7 pm against LaRoche (Pa.) College at The MAAC.
