The Purple Raiders fell behind 3-0 after doubles play before winning four of the first five singles courts to tie the match at four all with sixth singles left still playing.

Freshman Nate Fockler (North Canton/Hoover) hung on at sixth singles by a score of 7-5,7-5 to bring home the win for Mount Union to keep them undefeated on the season in OAC play.

The Raiders go back on the road when they travel to Westerville to take on Otterbein at 1 pm on Saturday.
