BEREA, Ohio -- Mount Union's men's tennis season came to an end with a 5-1 loss at Baldwin-Wallace in the quarterfinals of the Ohio Athletic Conference Tuesday in Berea.

Sophomore Yasuhiro Anno (Fukucka, Japan) and senior Zach Perry (Hudson/Hudson) scored the Purple Raiders lone point at No. 1 singles -- a 9-8 victory that was finished with an 8-6 tie break.

The duo finished the season at 14-2 at No. 1 doubles.

Mount Union season ends with an 8-11 record, while Baldwin-Wallace improved to 21-4 overall and advanced to the semifinals Friday in Mason, Ohio.
