WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Mount Union's men's soccer team lost to Otterbein 1-0 Saturday afternoon in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup at Clements Field.

The Purple Raiders drop to 9-8 overall and 4-3 in the OAC as the Cardinals improve to 8-8 overall and 3-4 in the OAC.

Otterbein junior Jared Pulliam would score the lone goal in the 75th minute mark to push the Cardinals to the 1-0 victory. Senior Kyle Ripma would make four saves on four shots on goals from the Raiders

Freshman Dylan Lias (Cuyahoga Falls/Cuyahoga Falls) recorded three saves while facing four shots on goal from the Cardinals.

Mount Union returns to action as they travel to Berea at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29 to take on Baldwin Wallace in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup.
