WAYNESBURG, Pa. – The Mount Union men's soccer fell to Waynesburg (Pa.) College, 7-2 Saturday afternoon at John F. Wiley Stadium.
With the loss the Purple Raiders fall to 5-5, while the Yellow Jackets improve to 5-1-1.
Raiders Nic Nee (McMurray, Pa./ Peters Township) and Coty Lipply (Rootstown/Southeast) chipped in with late goals in the loss for Mount Union.
The Raiders open Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) play Saturday Oct. 5, at 3:30 p.m. against Ohio Northern at Mount Union Stadium.
