ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Mount Union men's soccer team came away with a tie against Washington and Jefferson 0-0.

Mount Union (1-1-1) could not find a goal today as they were locked into a defensive battle with the Presidents.

Washington and Jefferson (2-1-1) outshot the Raiders 14-9 and could not capitalize on the scoring opportunities they had.

Junior Goalie Dylan Lias (Cuyahoga Falls/Cuyahoga Falls) recorded six saves as he walks away with his first career shutout.

Mount Union next travels to Geneva (Pa.) on Wednesday, September 16 at 7 pm.
