ALLIANCE, Ohio-- No. 25 ranked Mount Union men's soccer (6-0) defeated Geneva (Pa.) 1-0 in double overtime on Monday at Mount Union Stadium.

Senior Joe Winiecki (Stow) tallied his first goal of the season as the Raider defense allowed six shots in the match.

Geneva (Pa.) dropped to 2-4-1 with the defeat.

Winiecki recorded his goal in the 106th minute off a rebound shot from junior Jon Schroeder (Parma/Normandy).

Junior Zach Hlas (Medina) recorded his sixth straight shutout victory.

Mount Union travels to Waynesburg (Pa.) Tuesday, September 25 at 6 p.m.
