ALLIANCE, Ohio – Mount Union's women's soccer team picked up and Ohio Athletic Conference win on senior day over Heidelberg 3-1 on Saturday afternoon.
The Student Princes (9-6-0, 2-5-0 OAC) got on the board first in the 20
th minute when Riley Ireland found the back of the net.
The score remained 1-0 until the Purple Raiders (9-5-1, 5-2-0 OAC) scored three goals in the next 7:44 of game time. The first coming in the 70
th minute from sophomore

Logan Godfrey (Huntingtown, Md.) picking up the assist. Then in the 75
th minute junior
Andrea Decker (Hilliard / Hilliard Bradley) scored off another Godfrey assist. Then, Decker scored her second goal of the night in the 77
th minute to give the Raiders the 3-1 lead.
Freshman goalkeeper
Rylee Oldfield (Liberty Twp. / Lakota East) picked up four saves in the victory.
The Raiders outshot the Student Princes 14-4 in the second half.
The victory also marked the 100
th career win for Head Coach
Kelley Clark.
The Raiders are back in action Wednesday, October 27 at 7 p.m. against Baldwin Wallace in Berea, Ohio.
