Raiders Drop Regular Season Finale

ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Mount Union men's soccer team lost an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup against Ohio Northern 3-0 on Saturday night.

The Polar Bears (10-6-3, 5-3-1 OAC) got on the board first in the 36th minute off a Seth Gundlach goal.

The Polar Bears then extended their lead in the 63rd minute when Nolan Schirmer found the back of the net.

Junior goalkeeper Tyler Venti (Hudson) recorded four saves on the day.

The loss drops the Purple Raiders to 10-5-2 overall and 3-5-1 in OAC play, the loss also eliminates the Raiders from postseason play.
