ALLIANCE, Ohio – No. 4 seed Mount Union lost to No. 5 seed Baldwin Wallace 7-3 in an Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Tournament game Tuesday night at Mount Union Stadium.

The Purple Raiders (10-7-1) ran out to a 3-0 lead with a goal from Andrea Decker (Hillard / Hillard Bradley) on an assist from Madison Pepper (Uniontown / Lake) in the 14th minute. Just over two minutes, Mount Union scored again as Decker fed Molly Eubanks (New Concord / John Glenn) on a score, then in the 35th minute Decker scored her second goal off an assist from Mary Double (Salem).

BW (11-9) started its comeback in the final 30 seconds before halftime when Sydney Rice scored to make it 3-1 at the break.

Rice was just getting started as she tied the game with goals in the 48th and 56th minutes. The Yellow Jackets took their first lead of the night when Kayleigh Neal found the back of the net in the 63rd minute and Rice netted her fourth score in the 71st minute that gave BW a 5-3 lead. 

BW would tack on two more goals -- one by Ella Barth in the 81st minute followed by Alissa Scattino in the 82nd minute for the 7-3 final.

The Jackets advance to the semifinals to play top-seeded Otterbein Thursday in Westerville.
