BEXLEY, Ohio – The Mount Union men's tennis team (2-2, 2-2 OAC) defeated the Crusaders of Capital (1-4, 1-4 OAC) with a final score of 6-3.
Securing the lone doubles win was No. 2 freshman duo Avery Clouse (Circleville / Logan Elm) and Colton Mace (Laurelville / Logan Elm) with a score of 8-1. The Purple Raiders dominated in singles action as they secured five wins, one of which being a clean sweep as Clouse took down his opponent 6-0, 6-0 at the No. 3 spot.
Mount Union will return home for their last regular season match of the season against Otterbein at 1 pm.
