Shelbyville Ind..—Mount Union men's cross country team finished 2nd out of 10 teams with 54 points at the Grizzly Invite Saturday afternoon in Shelbyville, Ind.
Sophomore
Jeff Joseph (Beloit / West Branch) and freshman
Vincent Giumenti (Dover) finished second and third overall with times of 25:24.20 and 26:00.74.
Junior
Hunter Probert (Gnadenhutten / Indian Valley) finished sixth overall to give the Purple Raiders a strong three in a time of 26:32.00. Junior
Logan Brown (Springfield / Northeastern) and freshman
Curtis Joppeck (New London) finished the scoring for Mount Union in 20th and 23rd
place with times of 27:12.64 and 27:23.71.
DePauw won the meet with 37 points.
