Baseball: Wooster Game Halted in the 11th

Box Score WOOSTER, Ohio – The Mount Union baseball team's game at Wooster was halted in the 11th inning on Tuesday.
 
The Raiders were leading 6-4 late, before Wooster tied the game with a two-run home run by Ryan Kramer in the ninth.
 
First-year Anthony Warner (Louisville, Ohio / Louisville) started for the Raiders and only gave up three runs (two earned) off three hits, to go along with a strikeout, in five innings of work. Sophomore Chris Phillips (Elyria, Ohio / Elyria Catholic) is currently on the mound for Mount.
 
Raider senior Zack Mazza (Flint, Mich. / Powers Catholic) stayed hot at the plate with another home run, his team-best eighth of the year, and added to his school career record with 30. Senior Anthony Kemer (Cleveland, Ohio / Lakewood St. Edward) also hit a homer.
 
Mount Union will next play at Ohio Northern on Saturday, April 29. Game one of the conference doubleheader will start at 1 p.m.
