The Purple Raiders (14-4-1, 8-1 OAC) are led offensively by fifth-year
Carter Hancock (Amherst / Marion L. Steele) who leads the team with 14 goals and has 31 points on the year, freshman
Amir Spratt (Kent / Kent Roosevelt) is second on the team with eight goals and 19 points. Senior goalkeeper
Lucas Fields (West Chester / Lakota East) leads the defense and is fifth in the conference in save percentage, sitting at 73.2-percent and has recorded five shutouts.
The Comets (7-8-4, 5-3-1 OAC) are led offensively by Jacob Deever who leads the team in goals (8) and points (19), Nico Voight will also look to make an impact as he is second on the team with seven goals. Goalkeeping duo of Ethan Ogden and Noah Thomas will look to lead the Capital defense as they have recorded five combined shutouts, with Thomas recording two shutouts on his own.
OAC Tournament History
Mount Union is making their 16
th OAC Tournament appearance and has an overall record of 4-12-4.
Capital is making their 20
th OAC Tournament appearance and has an overall record of 9-17-2 and won the tournament in 2009.
The Raiders and Comets have met twice in the OAC Tournament with Capital winning one matchup and Mount Union advancing on penalty kicks in the other.
