WOOSTER, Ohio – Mount Union's men's swimming and diving team finished in fourth place after the second day at the Wooster Invitational on Friday evening.
The Purple Raiders finished with a team score of 859, which is 307 points ahead of fifth place Edinboro. Rose-Hulman leads the event with a team score of 1096.5.

Top Finishers
- 200-yard freestyle: senior Dylan Cossin (Stow / Stow-Munroe Falls) finished in third place with a time of 1:42.78
- 100-yard backstroke: junior Jacob Hathaway (Lexington) won the event with a time of 50.93
- 800-yard freestyle relay: team consisting of Cossin, senior Conner Arneson (Mount Horeb, Wis.), Hathaway and junior Lucas Starling (Lexington) finished second with a time of 6:59.78
The Raiders return to action again tomorrow for the final day of the Wooster Invitational with prelims beginning at 10 a.m., diving at 2 p.m. and finals at 5 p.m.
