Women's Soccer: Raiders Drop Non-Conference Matchup Against Adrian

ALLIANCE, Ohio – Mount Union's women's soccer team lost a non-conference game 2-0 against Adrian on Thursday evening.

The Bulldogs (5-2) would break the scoreless tie in the 56th minute when Leah Homan was able to find the back of the net to take a 1-0 lead. Adrian would add to their lead in the 84th minute this time scoring off the foot of Kelsey Zoli to take a two-goal lead.

The Purple Raiders (3-5) wouldn't have an answer over the final minutes of the game as the Bulldogs would go on to win 2-0.

The Raiders hit the road next when they travel to Hiram to take on the Terriers in their final non-conference game of the season on Tuesday, October 1 at 7 p.m.
