Women's Golf: Raiders Conclude Fall Season at Golfweek Classic

DESTIN, Fla. – Mount Union's women's golf team finished in 20th place after the final round of the Golfweek Classic at Sandestin Beach Resort on Tuesday afternoon.

The Purple Raiders finished with a team score of 1009 (336-329-344) which was 17 strokes behind 19th place East Texas Baptist. Williams won the event with a team score of 872 (300-294-278).

Junior Emma Packard (Ashland) led the way for Mount Union by carding an 83. Junior Amanda Fedor (Uniontown / Lake) finished with an 85, while fellow juniors Larisa Golembiewski (Macedonia / Nordonia) and Kamil Stephens (Marblehead / Danbury) rounded out the Raiders team score by shooting an 87 and 89 respectively.

The Golfweek Classic concluded the Raiders fall season they will be back in action in the spring.
