FARMINGTON, Pa. – Mount Union's women's golf team finished in fourteenth place after the final round of the Tartan Invitational at Nemacolin Resort on Tuesday afternoon.
The Purple Raiders finished with a team score of 684 (345-339) which was 53 strokes ahead of 15
th place Kenyon. Emory won the event with a team score of 557 (284-273).
Junior
Amanda Fedor (Uniontown / Lake) led the way for Mount Union in round two, carding a 78. Juniors
Emma Packard (Ashland) and
Larisa Golembiewski (Macedonia / Nordonia) both finished with an 86 in round two while freshman
Mya Downing (Dover) rounded out the Raiders team score with an 89.
The Raiders return to action on Saturday, October 11 for the first round of the Golfweek Classic at the Sandestin Beach Resort in Destin, Fla. to conclude their fall season.
