ADRIAN, Mich. - The Mount Union women's wrestling team competed at the Adrian Invitational on Sunday.
Mount Union was well represented with two champions and a runner-up. The Raiders finished 10th out of 40 teams with 134 points.
Allison Ott (Tiffin Calvert) at 207 and
Gabriella Gartin (Chippewa) at 131 were both champions in their respective weights. Junior
Lyndsee Young (Mansfield, OH / Madison Comprehensive) placed second at 207.
Additionally,
Addison Lyon (Marysville) at 131 and
Lori Grimes (Marysville) at 180 both placed fourth in their respective weight classes.
Mount Union will next host University of Rio Grande (OH) in its home opener on Friday, Nov. 14.
