COLUMBUS, Ohio— The Mount Union women's tennis team lost 4-3 at Capital in an Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) contest on Saturday.
Capital captured the double point, which proved to be the difference.
Earning singles victories for Mount Union were junior
Amelia Francisco (Canfield, Ohio / Canfield) at no. 1 (6-4, 0-6, 6-4), sophomore
Emily Borchert (Richfield, Ohio / Holy Name) at no. 4 (6-4, 7-6), and freshman
Hannah Neely (Hartville, Ohio / Lake) (3-6, 6-4, 6-3).
The Raiders will next compete at Thiel on Sunday, April 13, at 12 p.m.
