WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Mount Union senior Eleanore Busch (Concord Twp. / Riverside) has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week (11/2).

Busch helped lead the Purple Raiders to a 1-1 week last week and clinch a spot in the OAC Women's Soccer Tournament. She scored two goals and played a key part in holding Muskingum to just two shots on goal in Mount Union's 7-0 win on Wednesday night, which clinched their spot in the OAC Tournament.

This is the first time this season and in her career that she has won the award.
