Women’s Tennis: Borchert Named OAC Player of the Week

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – The Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) named Mount Union women's tennis junior Emily Borchert (Richfield / Holy Name) its Women's Tennis Player of the Week.

Against Grove City, Borchert teamed up with senior Emily Peel (Green/Green) to win No. 2 doubles in tie-breaking fashion, 7-6 (10-8). Borchert also won her singles match in dramatic fashion, winning 6-4, 5-7, 7-5.

The Raiders are back on the court Wednesday, March 4, at home against Geneva at 6 p.m.
