PACIFIC GROVE, Calif. – Mount Union's women's golf team finished in 14^th place following the first round of the UC Santa Cruz Invitational at Pacific Grove C.C. on Saturday afternoon.

The Purple Raiders finished with a team score of 347 which was three strokes behind 13^th place UC Santa Cruz. George Fox and Claremont Mudd-Scripps lead the event with a team score of 305.

Junior Emma Packard (Ashland) led the way for Mount Union, carding an 84. Juniors Larisa Golembiewski (Macedonia / Nordonia) and Amanda Fedor (Uniontown / Lake) also both carded rounds in the 80s, shooting 86 and 87 respectively, while junior Kamil Stephens (Marblehead / Danbury) rounded out the Raiders team score with a 90.

The Raiders are back in action again tomorrow for the final round of the UC Santa Cruz Invitational at Pacific Grove C.C. in Pacific Grove, Calif.
