Six Raiders Selected to CSC Academic All-District Women’s Cross Country/Track and Field Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Mount Union women's track and field/Cross Country juniors Mackenzie Davis (Tiffin / Columbian), Elizabeth Mason (Alliance / Marlington) and Taylor Hennessey (Geneva) along with sophomores Cora Liskai (Clyde), Melanie Plecko (Rootstown) and Riley Hutton (Salem) have been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Teams.
 
Davis is a psychology major with a 4.00 GPA. Davis made the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field National Championship in the long jump and finished 13th overall. Davis was the OAC Champion in the outdoor long jump and was the OAC Runner-up with the 4x100-Meter relay team at the championships. Davis is a two-time Academic All-OAC honoree and earned her first Academic All-District award.
 
Mason is a biochemistry major with a 4.00 GPA. Mason is a sprinter for the Purple Raiders. She earned All-OAC honors with a third-place finish in the 100-Meter hurdles this past season. Mason is a two-time Academic All-OAC honoree and earned her first Academic All-District award for the cross country and track and field awards. She has earned two All-District awards for basketball already.
 
Hennessey is an accounting major with a 3.93 GPA. Hennessey ran cross country and is a mid-distance runner for the Purple Raiders. She was a five-time OAC champion this past spring winning both the Indoor and Outdoor 800-Meters and 4x400-Meters along with the 500-Meters Indoor. Hennessey is a two-time Academic All-OAC honoree and earned her first Academic All-District award.
 
Liskai is an Exercise Science major with a 3.98 GPA. Liskai is a sprinter for the Purple Raiders. Liskai was a three-time OAC Champion this past spring winning both the Indoor and Outdoor 4x400-Meter relays and the Outdoor 400-Meters.  She was also the OAC Runner-up in the Indoor 4x200-Meter relay and 400-Meters. Liskai earned both the Academic All-OAC honor and Academic All-District for the first time.
 
Plecko is a Sport Business and Marketing major with a 4.00 GPA. Plecko is a sprinter for the Purple Raiders. Plecko was an OAC Runner-up twice this past spring in the Indoor 4x200-Meter relay and Outdoor in the 4x100-Meter Relay. Plecko earned both the Academic All-OAC honor and Academic All-District for the first time.
 
Hutton is a Primary Education major with a 4.00 GPA. Hutton is a sprinter and jumper for the Purple Raiders. Hutton earned both the Academic All-OAC honor and Academic All-District for the first time in the track and field/cross country awards. She earned the All-District award in the fall for soccer.
 
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Track & Field/Cross Country crossed by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes track & field/cross country honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced July 15. The CSC Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed at the links above.
 
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
