Calvin Pearce enters his second season as an assistant coach at Mount Union, coaching the safeties, for the 2024 season.
Pearce previously coached at Rose-Hulman for two years, where he was part of the team's HCAC championship and NCAA Division III qualifying coaching staff during the 2021 season. He also served as a volunteer assistant coach at Alpine High School for three years where he coordinated practices and assisted a team that reached the Texas state tournament every season, capped by an Elite Eight appearance in 2018.
As a player, Pearce played four seasons at the NCAA Division III University of Minnesota at Morris before earning a bachelor's degree in communications, media and rhetoric in 2021. He played primarily at the defensive back position.
