Kazandjian enters his first year as an assistant coach on the Mount Union football team, coaching the running backs, for the 2023 season. 

Kazandjian previously was the quarterbacks coach at Kenyon College and has also coached at the University of Rhode Island. He earned hsi bachelor's degree at Nova Southeastern University in sports and recreation management.
