Erica Johnson is in her fifth year as an assistant women's basketball coach.

Johnson started 68 games and played in 104 games over four seasons at Hiram. As a senior, she was an All-North Coast Athletic Conference second team selection who also set a school single-season record for rebounds.

The Salem, Ohio native, played her high school basketball at West Branch and graduated from Hiram with a bachelor's degree in Nursing.
