Women's Soccer Falls in Overtime at Albion

Rachel Kain got the game's only score 1:31 into overtime as she knocked one in off a deflection for the game-winner and handed Albion its first win of the season (1-0-2 overall).

Mount Union playing in its second straight overtime game falls to 1-2-1 on the season.

Albion held a 16-2 lead in shots, but Purple Raider senior keeper Kaitlyn Mallernee (Dover/Dover) was strong in goal with nine saves.

Junior forward Deidre Dick (Mansfield/Crestview) had both of the Raiders shots.

Mount Union stays in the "state up North" and takes on Adrian College tomorrow at noon in Adrian, Michigan.
