The Purple Raiders were led by freshman Courtney Adamsky (New Philadelphia/New Philadelphia) who recorded a 6-2,6-1 win at sixth singles and a 8-3 win at second doubles with partner Tara Biedenbach (Canton/Central Catholic)

Biedenbach also contributed to the shut out in singles play for Mount Union by winning 6-1,6-2.

The Raiders will go on the road when they travel to Berea to take on Baldwin Wallace on Wednesday, April 14 at 3:30 pm.
