HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. -- The Mount Union women's tennis team fell to Wittenberg, 7-2, on Friday.
Courtney Adamsky (New Philadelphia/New Philadelphia) claimed a point for the Raiders in singles action while Krissy Hallett (Willoughby Hills/Willoughby Hills) and Megan Czuchra (Mantua/Crestwood) teamed for a win at No. 1 doubles.
Adamsky defeated Anne Beauch, 7-5, 6-3, at third singles.
Hallett and Czuchra won their match, 8-2, over Beauch and Maggie Stewart.
Mount Union (3-3) will return to the courts on Wednesday when it hosts Ohio Wesleyan for a 4 p.m. start.
