ALLIANCE, Ohio-- Mount Union women's soccer team hosts John Carroll in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup Wednesday, Oct. 29 at 7 pm at Mount Union Stadium.
The Purple Raiders 10 seniors will be honored before the start of the game.
Both teams have clinched spots in next week's six-team Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament, but both teams are jockeying for position with the top four seeds earning at least one home game in the tournament.

SCOUTING MOUNT UNION
The Purple Raiders (11-5, 4-3 OAC) are on a three-game win streak including shutout wins over Muskingum (6-0) and Wilmington (4-0) last week.
Mount Union is the OAC's highest scoring team with 42 goals as junior Kelsey Malenic (Poland/Poland Seminary) is tied for first in the conference in goals (12), while leading the team in points (29) and assists (5).
After posting her seventh shutout of the season, senior goal keeper Maria Favorite (Chesterland/Notre Dame Cathedral Latin) leads the Raiders in the net and is third in the OAC posting 96 saves.
SCOUTING JOHN CARROLL
The Blue Streaks (10-3-3, 4-1-2 OAC) are on a five-game unbeaten streak including three victories and two ties in the past two weeks.
Junior Danielle Sharbaugh leads John Carroll with 12 points (5G, 2A) as the Blue Streaks are sixth-best in the OAC with 23 goals as a team so far this season.
Senior Haley McDonald has 16 starts in the net and is leading the conference with 139 saves in 1559:40 minutes of play.
THE SERIES
It is the 25th meeting between the two teams with Mount Union leading the series 13-9-2. John Carroll has won the last five meetings with the last Raider win coming in 2008 in Alliance, 2-1.
