WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Mount Union's women's soccer team was picked fifth in the Ohio Athletic Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll.
The Purple Raiders are coming off a season that saw them go 7-6-4 overall and 4-3-1 in OAC play, qualifying for the OAC Tournament for the first time since 2022 and hosted an OAC Tournament game for the first time since 2021.
Mount Union returns a trio of All-OAC selections from last season, including senior
Ella Dinwiddie (Medina / Wadsworth), junior
Rachel Chenos (Hilliard / Hilliard Bradley) and junior
Sian Blake (Avon).
The Raiders open their season at home on Tuesday, September 1 at 7 p.m. when they host Waynesburg in Kehres Stadium in Alliance.
