The Mount Union Women's soccer team kicks off its 2014 season with a home opener against D'Youville College (N.Y.) on Sunday August 31 at 1:00 pm.

The Purple Raiders look to expand upon last season's 12 wins, breaking the school-record for wins in a season returning 11 starters. The Spartans are coming off a 4-0 loss against Hiram on Friday (Aug. 29). The Spartans have two second-leading scorers returning to the 2014 season.

Following Sunday's match, the Raiders travel to Fredonia State (N.Y.) for the 2014 Blue Devil Clarion Classic (Sept. 6-7).
