ALLIANCE, Ohio-- Mount Union hosts Bluffton in a non-conference women's soccer matchup Wednesday at 5:00 pm at Mount Union Stadium. It is the first game of a doubleheader with the men's team as that game follows immediately after.

SCOUTING MOUNT UNION

The Purple Raiders are 3-2 on the season after suffering a 4-1 loss at Allegheny last Saturday Saturday. 

Mount Union has a balanced attack on offense as the Raiders have eight different players scoring at least one goal with senior goal keeper Maria Favorite (Chesterland/Notre Dame Cathedral Latin) posting 37 saves on the season.

SCOUTING BLUFFTON

The Beavers are 1-3 overall and got their first win of season, 2-1 against Marietta last Saturday.

Kristen Trophf leads the Beavers with three points (1G, 2A) while Katie Neeley has started all four games in the net and has posted 27 saves.

THE SERIES

This will be the first ever meeting between the two teams.
