SCOUTING MOUNT UNION

The Purple Raiders are 5-2 on the season and ranked No. 8 in the Great Lakes Region after defeating Waynesburg 5-0 Saturday. 

Mount Union is led by junior Kelsey Malenic (Poland/Poland Seminary) with nine points (4G, 1A) on the season as senior goal keeper Maria Favorite (Chesterland/Notre Dame Cathedral Latin) leads the Raiders in the net posting 42 saves in 607:13 minutes of play.

SCOUTING GROVE CITY

Grove City is 1-5-1 overall after losing to Carnegie Mellon 1-0 on Saturday in double overtime.

Jordyn White leads the Wolverines in scoring with two goals on the season while Kristi Lathrop has started all seven games in the net and posted 50 saves in 676:17 minutes of play.

THE SERIES

This is the eleventh meeting between the two teams with Grove City leading the series 6-3-2.
