ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Mount Union women's soccer team will host Ohio Athletic Conference opponent Otterbein on Saturday, October 31 for their senior night.

The Purple Raiders will honor their six seniors Kelsey Malenic, Bridget Mulhall, Veronica Atkinson, Essie McBride and Kaycee Nikses before the match begins.

Scouting Mount Union

Mount Union (8-9, 4-4) is coming off of a 4-3 loss at John Carroll this past Tuesday.

Mount Union is led by senior Kelsey Malenic (Poland/Poland Seminary) who currently leads the OAC in goals (15) and points (36). Junior Carolyn Balzano (Poland/Poland Seminary) leads the conference in assists with 10.

In goal for Mount Union is freshman Alexis Crawford (Canton/Glen Oak) who has tallied 48 saves on the season to go along with two shutouts.

Scouting Otterbein

Otterbein (9-6-1, 5-2-1) is coming off of a 4-1 win at Marietta this past Tuesday.

Otterbein is led by Megan McCabe who leads the team in goals (9), assists (5) and points (23).

In goal for the Cardinals is Dana Strimbu who has tallied three shutouts this season to go along with 57 saves.
