COLUMBUS, Ohio --Mount Union's women's soccer was shutout 1-0 in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup against Capital Saturday evening at Bernlohr Stadium in Columbus. 

Juniors Julia Krause and Danielle Rohrman led the Raiders in shots with three while freshman Michelle Kissane (Amherst/Steele) posted eight saves in the match. 

Mount Union falls to 6-6 and 3-2 in the OAC on the season. 

Both teams were scoreless through the first half of play. The Crusaders broke the scoreless tie in the 57th minute on a ball that was redirected in the box.

Mount Union continues OAC play on Wednesday, October 17 with a match against Marietta at Mount Union Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
