CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Mount Union's women's tennis team suffered a 9-0 loss to John Carroll Wednesday in an Ohio Athletic Conference match at the Cleveland State Medical Mutual Pavillion.

The Purple Raiders are now 10-4 overall and 2-3 in the OAC while John Carroll is 10-4 overall and 5-0 in the OAC.

The closest match for the Raiders was an 8-6 loss at No. 2 doubles from Jordan Teaford (Canton / GlenOak) and Cora Shane (Cuyahoga Falls).

Mount Union returns home to host Heidelberg Saturday, Apr. 13 at 1 p.m. in Alliance.
