TIFFIN, Ohio -- Mount Union's women's track and field team won its ninth overall OAC outdoor track championship and first since 2016 scoring 218.33 points holding off John Carroll by 14.33 points Saturday at Heidelberg University.
Michaelina Terranova (North Jackson / Jackson-Milton) ran the seventh fastest time in the nation picking up the win with a time of 1:03.34 in the 400-Meter hurdles.
Brit McCauley (Ontario) ran a top 10 time in the nation in the 1500-Meter run picking up the victory with a school record time of 4:34.75.
Sabrina Stocker (Madison) put up a top 10 time winning the 100-Meter hurdles with a time of 14.45. Terranova finished second behind her teammate with a time of 14.59.
Micah Donley (Carrollton) won the 400-Meter dash in a time of 57.62 leading a crew that placed six in the top eight including a second place Kenadee Wayt (Wheeling, W.Va. / Wheeling Central Catholic) in 57.81.
Finishing the day off for the Raiders was the 4x400-Meter Relay winning in a time of 3:55.18 was the team consisting of Donley, Wayt, Cortni Arp (Copley) and Madison Miles (Parma / Padua Franciscan).
Picking up All-OAC honors in the top three of the events was Gibbins in the high jump placing second, the 4x100-Meter relay crew of Wayt, Arp, Miles and Lauren Roncone (North Canton / Hoover) placed second, Megan Wertz (Canton / GlenOak) finished second in the 800-Meter run, Donley and Wayt picked up second and third in the 200-Meter dash
