Braxton Plunk (Plant City, Fla./Plant City), senior wide receiver 
Wayne Ruby Jr. (Pembroke Pines, Fla./Charles W. Flanagan), sophomore linebacker 
Rossy Moore (Lima, Ohio/Lima Central Catholic), and head coach 
Geoff Dartt have all earned special awards and are part of 18 Purple Raiders named to the All-Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Football teams and award winners by the conference's 10 head coaches.
 
Plunk was named the Bob Packard Offensive Back of the Year for the third-straight year as he led the conference in every passing category, including passing yards per game (312.7), total passing yards (3,440), passing touchdowns (41), completion percentage (73.6%), and passing efficiency (187.4). This marks the fifth-straight year and 25th time a Mount Union quarterback or running back has won the award.
 
Ruby was named the Ed Sherman Receiver of the Year for the second-straight year. Ruby led the league in every receiving category, including receiving yards (1,348), receiving touchdowns (24), receiving yards per game (134.8), and receptions (73). Ruby had over 100 yards receiving and multiple receiving touchdowns in eight games so far this season, while scoring in every game. This is the 15th time a Mount Union player has won the award.
 
Moore was named the Gene Slaughter Linebacker of the Year, the first of his career. Moore leads the Raiders in sacks with eight, while second in both tackles for a loss (15) and total tackles (63.0). Moore is one of the leaders of a defense that tops the conference in points allowed per game (7.2), total yards allowed per game (161.7), passing yards allowed per game (115.6), and rushing yards allowed per game (46.1). This marks the 13th time a Mount Union linebacker has won the award.
 
Dartt was named the co-
Larry Kehres OAC Coach of the Year, the first of his career. Dartt led the Purple Raiders to a 9-0 OAC record (10-0 overall securing the program's 31
st undefeated regular season) and the program's 33rd OAC championship title and 33rd NCAA Playoff appearance.
 
Plunk, Ruby, and Moore were all named on the All-OAC First Team. The other Mount Union All-OAC First Team selections include junior linebacker 
Mason McMillen (Wadsworth, Ohio/Wadsworth), senior running back 
DeAndre Parker (Crystal River, Fla./Crystal River), senior offensive lineman 
Carson Barrett (Roswell, Ga./Roswell), senior defensive lineman 
Duke Hill (Memphis, Tenn./Germantown), senior defensive back 
Jesse Vail (Estero, Fla./Estero), senior wide receiver 
Jaden Manley (Columbus, Ohio / Bishop Hartley), and senior defensive back 
Derrick Bradley (Parrish, Fla./Palmetto).
 
McMillen leads the top-ranked Raider defense in both tackles (87) and tackles for a loss (16.0), to go along with three sacks. Parker eclipsed 1,000 rushing yards (1,009), to go along with 15 rushing touchdowns (tying first in the OAC). Barrett has been a rock on the offensive line of the top offensive team in the conference which leads in yards per game at 524.0. Hill, a leader on the defensive line, has compiled 3.5 tackles for a loss and 2.5 sacks. Vail, a leader in the secondary, has compiled 39 tackles, four break-ups, and an interception. Manley has 622 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. Bradley, a lockdown corner back, has three break-ups and an interception return for a touchdown.

Kaleb Detellem (Batavia, Ohio/Batavia), senior defensive back 
Josh Jones (Twinsburg, Ohio/St. Vincent-St. Mary), senior tight end 
Chase Lawson (Plant City, Fla./Lakeland Christian), junior offensive lineman 
Ben Lilly (Wadsworth, Ohio/Wadsworth), and sophomore offensive lineman 
Jarrett Burress (Robertsville, Ohio/Minerva).
 
Two other Raiders earned honorable mention honors in senior offensive lineman 
Davis Ward (Hendersonville, Tenn./Beech) and sophomore defensive lineman 
Von Factor (Fair Haven, N.J./Rumson-Fair Haven).
 
No. 2 Mount Union, winner of its record 33
rd OAC Title, will host Utica in the second round of the NCAA Playoffs on Saturday, Nov. 26 at Noon.
