OBERLIN, Ohio -- Mount Union's men's lacrosse team fell 11-4 in a non-conference matchup at Oberlin Saturday.
 
Eli Ciotti (Canonsburg, Pa. / Linsly) had two goals for the Purple Raiders, who now fall to 3-2 on the season.

Logan Gebhart (McDonald, Pa. / Canon-McMillan) had a goal and an assist while Alex Ellison (Uniontown / Lake) picked up one goal to round out the Mount Union scoring.
 
Mount Union got an early 1-0 lead on a goal in the game's first minute by Ellison but Oberlin then scored three the rest of the quarter to take a 3-1 lead.
 
Mount Union held Oberlin to just one goal in the second quarter but was held to no goals to trail 4-1 at the break.
 
The teams each scored two goals in the third and the Yeoman outscored Mount Union 5-1 in the fourth quarter for the 11-4 final.
 
Mount Union finishes non-conference play next Wednesday, March 23 at 7 p.m. at Wooster.
