ALLIANCE, Ohio – Mount Union's men's lacrosse team defeated Heidelberg 10-4 Saturday afternoon in Ohio Athletic Conference play at Mount Union Stadium.
The Purple Raiders held senior day recognizing 10 seniors.

Logan Addonizio (Wixom, Mich / Walled Lake Western),
Kincaid Mrakovich (Youngstown / Poland Seminary),
Clay Wagner (Wadsworth) and
Clay Barkan (Chagrin Falls / Kenston).
Kungle and Barkan led the Raiders (6-4, 2-2 OAC) scoring two goals and two assists each.

Mark Zusman (Willoughby / Willoughby South), and

Tyler Alexander, David Weaver, Jason Mills and Ben Evans each scored one goal for Heidelberg (1-11, 1-4 OAC).
Mount Union shut out Heidelberg in the first quarter while Barkan, Zusman and Addison each scored a goal.
The Raiders scored the first goal in the second quarter from Gebhart. Heidelberg then scored a goal but a goal from Kungle pushed the lead to to 5-1. Heidelberg got one more goal with 40 second remaining in the half.
The third quarter saw both defenses come ready for the start of the second half not allowing a goal from either team.
In the fourth quarter Heidelberg got within one scoring the first two goals but Mount Union finished the quarter out on a 5-0 run with one goal from Addonizio, O'Neil, Barkan, Ciotti and Kungle.
Kyle Reihner (Lancaster, Pa. / Lancaster Prep) had 11 saves in goal for Mount Union.
Mount Union is scheduled to take on Wilmington in OAC play on Tuesday, April 12 at 7 p.m.
