ALLIANCE, Ohio—The Mount Union women's volleyball team fell at home in non-conference play getting swept by Wittenberg 25-23, 25-22 and 25-19 Friday night.
The Purple Raiders (13-4, 1-1 OAC) was led by junior
Heaven Bartell (Cleveland / St. Joseph Academy) with 12 kills while junior
Darby Leininger (Chardon / Beaumont) finished with eight kills.

Averi Haley (Orrville) dug out a game-high 24 digs while senior
Adrian Petrisko (Elyria) finished with nine.

Ava Bolen (Wellsburg, W. Va. / Brooke) finished with a game high six blocks with junior
Casey Kildow (Bethesda / Union Local) and freshman
Melissa Hansen (Hudson) had 15 and 11 assists.
Wittenberg (5-10, 1-1 NCAC) was led by Alana Bartulovic with a game-high 16 kills, Mack Ricketts with 42 assists and Ally White with 18 digs.
Mount Union returns to play tomorrow staying at home taking on Heidelberg in Ohio Athletic Conference play beginning at 1 PM.
