HARTVILLE, Ohio – Mount Union's men's golf finished in first at the Fall Phipps Memorial to conclude their fall season at Congress Lake Club on Monday afternoon.
The Purple Raiders finished with a team score of 304 which was 18 strokes ahead of second place Malone.
Sophomore
Brian Myers (Wadsworth) led the way for Mount Union, finishing with a 72 which also put him in first place overall. Seniors
Owen Hinkle (Loudonville) and
Benjamin Zimmerman (Mount Pleasant, Pa. / Southmoreland) finished in a tie for third by both carding a 77 and freshman
Vincent Borros (Strongsville) rounded out the Raiders team score by finishing with a 78.
